Return & Refund Policy – Airfurn
At Airfurn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below carefully.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- It should be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used furniture sold “as-is”
- Custom-made or modified items
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@airfurn.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for items returned damaged due to poor packing or improper use.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at support@airfurn.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
